If you have dental anxiety or a history of difficult experiences in the chair, that is worth mentioning when you arrive. It is some of the most useful information you can give us.

Checking In
The front desk team will greet you, confirm your information, and get you settled before you head back. Enjoy a refreshment at our complimentary beverage station. Your little ones can have fun in our children’s play area.

Design Your Experience
Every patient receives a comfort menu during their first visit. Your comfort preferences get noted in your chart. By your second visit, your room is already set up the way you like it before you sit down.
Netflix
Cozy blankets and pillows
Warm, scented towels
Wireless headphones
Laughing gas
Aromatherapy
Meeting Your Dentist
Before any clinical work begins, Dr. Jeong or Dr. Kang will sit down with you. They want to know what brought you in, what your history with dental care looks like, and what is on your mind. Our dentists give particular attention to patients who have been avoiding care due to fear or past experiences. They work to understand what makes the chair difficult for you specifically, and addresses it before moving forward.

Your Exam and Treatment Plan
Your first visit includes a full exam, digital X-rays, and an oral cancer screening. Once your doctor has a complete picture, they will use the intraoral camera to show you your teeth on a chairside screen so you can see exactly what they see.
From there, your treatment plan covers:
- What is going on with your oral health right now
- What needs attention, in what order, and why
- What your options are and what each one involves
- What your next steps look like and when to schedule them
You will leave knowing exactly where you stand and what comes next.

Checking Out
The front desk team will review your next steps, help you book any follow-up appointments, and go over your insurance coverage or payment options before you leave. If you need flexibility on cost, they can walk you through CareCredit or our in-house membership plan on the spot.

Returning and Rescheduling
Most patients come back every six months for a cleaning and exam. If your first visit reveals something that needs attention sooner, we will let you know and work with your schedule to address it. If you ever need to reschedule, please reach out as early as you can so we can offer your time to another patient in need.
